Audio visual show at Dekmantel Connects 2020 with Upsammy.

The constantly evolving melodies, tempos and rhythms of a hard-to-define set from Dekmantel label artist Thessa Torsing are as unconventional as they come. For the first time, she performs live with multidisciplinary artist Diego Grandry. For this live-performance upsammy and Diego will remix environments, questioning the relationship between the digital and the natural world. Diego does this by hacking game engines to generate new surroundings and upsammy manipulates found sounds into digital ones, creating a new world at the cross-over between the acoustic and the synthesized.
